"Refund Request Form"???

Does anyone know where I can find a "refund request form" for DiplomasandTranscripts.com???

I recently placed an order with them for a set of fake transcripts (as a Christmas gag gift for my dad), but wasn't very satisfied with what they ended up sending me.

DiplomasandTranscripts.com claims to have a "True Money Back Guarantee", and brags about how much better their "Money back guarantee" is compared to their competitors... You just have to supposedly complete a "refund request form during the alloted return period" to get a refund.

Does anyone know what the "alloted time period" is??? Where can I find a "refund request form"???

... They are not answering my emails anymore.

I saw your post and wanted to respond personally. I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with what you have ordered, but we have NOT received ANY emails from anyone asking about a refund in the past few days (or weeks for that matter).

We absolutely do offer a money back guarantee, that is 100% correct.

The Refund Request Form is very easy to find - in fact, if you knew it was called a Refund Request Form, then you have already found it, on our Terms & Conditions page, as that is the only place on our site where that term is used.

Simply go to our Terms & Conditions page and scroll down to the "RETURNS" section. There you will see "Refund Request" highlighted in blue - it is hotlinked to the form, simply click the link, then complete and submit the form - we have tried to make it as easy as possible.
